Our Mission:“To educate, encourage and assist in raising the quality of knowledge, training and workmanship in the ever-evolving surface preparation and protective coating industry.” And our goal is simple…to share the know-how we’ve gained along the way with those entering our industry and to expand the expertise of those who have been at it a long time! By sharing ‘Lessons Learned’ plus new technologies and advancements in products, services and equipment we create a forum where everyone can learn. We believe that education is the greatest gift we can give to the young men and women who are following in our footsteps as they embark on careers in this industry.  Through our Scholarship Program, Monthly Meetings with Featured Speakers and on-going Special Events we cover every aspect of our work and thus, set the stage for success for those new to it.
